Pathfinders placed a Director of Surgery with us a few years ago. Our hospital went through a period of great transition and growth during his tenure and he was instrumental to many of those positive changes. Last year, he informed us of his being made and offer he couldn’t refuse; to return to his home town and double his scope of responsibility. He decided to make the move. Of course, we called Pathfinders to find his replacement. We had very high standards and wanted the best.
