CANDIDATE QUESTIONS

At Pathfinders Health Search, we know that job candidates sometimes forget that a successful interview needs to go both ways. In other words, it's not only important to be prepared to answer the Interviewer's questions; it's equally important that you show the initiative, interest, and knowledge to ask the right questions yourself!

We have compiled the following list of possible questions candidates can choose to ask during the interview process. Organized by topic, many of these may come up during your interview. Therefore, if the appropriate opportunity presents itself, make sure you select a good one! You can also request permission from the Hiring Manager to ask some questions.
