Our team has been retained to locate an outstanding
Clincal Director, Perioperative Services for the Saint Clare's Health System (3 Campuses, 500 Beds) near the Lakes Communities of Denville, New Jersey, just 30 miles from New York City.
This high level position will be responsible for the Departments of Surgery Services, on 3 acute-care hospital campuses. These will include 17 operating rooms and the system-wide Recovery, Same Day Surgery and Sterile Processing Departments.
The design and developement are underway for 8 new ORs. The person in this position will oversee and coordinate this major building project in association with the Executive Director of Periop.
Ideal candidates will be leaders, with strong business skills, as well as a comprehensive clinical knowledge of perioperative services. They will have relevant experience in business development and integration of services, with the ability to manage exponential growth. They will work collaboratively with Administration, Surgeons, Nursing Staff and Anesthesia to improve capacity, efficiency and effectiveness. They will be comfortable with PI methodologies and be data-driven. Ideal candidates will have high standards for clinical excellence, and recognize the power of teamwork.

The Indian Lake Community Club is an organization of approximately 500 households situated around a scenic 99-acre lake in the town of Denville, NJ. The lake association was founded in 1924. Indian Lake has three beaches which are staffed with lifeguards during the summer. The main beach on East Shore Road is home to a large lakeside clubhouse and is a center of activity. Boating, fishing, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, and other sporting activities, such as water-skiing and tubing, are available. In the Winter, there is ice scating on the lake. The Indian Lake Community Club also offers year round structured programs and activities including swimming lessons, aerobics classes, dances, dinners, and other group events.
