Excellence Established in Beautiful Boise Opportunity of a Lifetime   Currently, we are retained to locate an outstanding individual to serve as DIRECTOR OF SURGERY at St. Luke's Medical Center in Boise, Idaho - perhaps the most respected medical center in the state. This high level position will have fiscal, clinical and administrative responsibility for over 150 employees and fourteen operating rooms, performing 18,000+ annual cases (including those in a free standing surgery center). Ideal candidates will be Masters prepared (preferred) and have at least 5 years of management experience in perioperative services. They will have excellent communicative ability and a proven record of success in managing a complex surgery department. Using a hands-on approach to progressive leadership, they will be skilled in team building, fiscal management and be committed to continuous improvement.
